Privacy
Short, because there is not much of it. Kitwright collects one thing: the email address you give us for the notes.
- What we collect
- Your email address. Nothing else - no name, no company, no survey questions.
- Why
- To send you the notes. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking nothing and typing your address yourself. Consent is not bundled with anything else.
- Double opt-in
- After you sign up we email you once to confirm. If you do not confirm, we send you nothing further and the address is deleted.
- Who processes it
- Your address is stored in our own database, not a marketing platform. The email delivery provider has not been chosen yet. This page will name it and where it processes data before the first email is sent.
- Contact messages
- If you use the contact form, your email address, optional name and message are stored in our own database and relayed to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). They are kept only as long as needed to deal with your message.
- Accounts
- If you make an account, we store your email address, a display name where your sign-in provider supplies one, any machine checks you save and the set of apps you choose, in our own database. Nothing is sold or shared. To have it deleted, ask through the contact page.
- How long we keep it
- Until you unsubscribe, then we remove it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Sharing
- We never sell or share your address. A delivery provider will receive it only to send the notes.
- Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [EMAIL]. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

- No advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
